Mentorship

I’m very excited to announce that I’m offering one on one mentorships, for those of you who would like to learn from me in a cozier setting than on a course.

One big passion of mine is helping people on finding their own creative voice, once you find it, it feels so liberating and inspiring, it seems that your creativity never stops. Throughout the years, since 2017, I have had many students, and it’s always amazing to see these moments where someone’s artwork clicks and they find their own personal process to express themselves.

In this mentorship, I will help you push your creativity to the next level, as well as gain clarity on your own unique way of expressing yourself. This process requires personal reflection and practice, along with getting rid of the noise outside, being able to tap into what makes you yourself, and expressing that without holding back.

Together we will sit and chat about where you feel you are in terms of finding your voice, then, I will give you exercises to get you closer to your aims. You might also need some technical knowledge to get there, and I will be happy to provide you with technical information to help you improve your skills.

It will be a safe space where to develop and get my support on taking your next creative steps.

This mentorship is for people who:

  • Want help finding their own voice

  • Are going through an art block

  • Would benefit from having accountability to produce more

  • Enjoy reflecting on their art practice and goals

ABOUT me

My name is Àngela Sierra, but you might know me by Riso Chan, my artistic name.
I’m an artist and a creative teacher, currently working on honing my ceramic skills to create different mixed media work for my next exhibition. Also, busy being a new mom!
I always like to find time to teach arts, and have done so for five years, at first I focused on techniques, but eventually, I understood that my true passion is to find out what sparks creativity in my students, their unique voice, their unique way to apply materials.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
